You may use the tracking system to check on the progress of an upload. You can confirm a file uploaded successfully, and whether it has been downloaded by the recipient. To use the tracking system, enter your uploader user name and password.

IMPORTANT NOTE: If, for any reason, you upload a replacement for a previously sent file, you MUST inform the recipient by telephone.
